How to Download RTPS Bihar Certificate
Visit the RTPS Bihar portal.
Go to Citizen Section.
Click Download Certificate.
Select RTPS/Others in service type.
Enter Application Reference Number and Applicant Name.
Click Download Certificate.

Open the RTPS Bihar website.
Click Track Application Status.
Enter Application Reference Number.
Fill the captcha code.
Click Submit to check status.
